The University of Arkansas Facilities Management Department is now accepting applications for the Director, Business, Fiscal & Support Services serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Facilities Management Department. The position oversees the department’s fiscal accounting system, annual operating budget, human resources strategy, information technology services (including operations of the department’s computerized maintenance management software), logistics and transportation section, and the department training and communications programs.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 6 years’ experience in fiscal operations of a similar sized organization; with a minimum of 2 of those years in a supervisory experience of a similar financial/business support team. Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications: CPA; Masters Degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or related business fields; Experience with Workday; Experience with FAMIS Cloud.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm. Salary range of $99,000 – $102,000
